5 items as a start towards healthy life

1)  Nasi Putih  >  Nasi Perang

      Bagi yg tidak biasa dgn nasi perang ni bole mulakan dgn ratio 50 : 50 dlm sukatan beras.

2)  White Sugar  >  Brown Sugar

      Saya gunakan dlm bancuhan air atau dlm masakan. Sedap jgk! :-)

3)  Garam biasa   >  Himalayan Rock Salt

      Pun tak byk beza rasanya....

4)  Natural Soda

     Saya amalkan minum air soda + garam + lemon utk alkaline kan dalam badan saya.

5)  Tepung biasa  >  Unbleached flour

Saya hanya ikhtiar demi kesihatan kami sekeluarga. Saya hanya berkongsi cerita dgn anda. Mudah2an dgn usaha yg sedikit ni bole menjauhkan kita semua dari penyakit yg merbahaya...ameen... Semoga kita dpt meluaskan niat kita utk menjadi keluarga Islam yg sihat...(^_^)

Start juicing from now on..!

Today is my 1st day of juicing at home. After red some of the testimonial on the benefits of juicing. I decided to do it as well.

As my kids are crazy about vegetables, I'm sure they gonna love it more with juicing! And i was right. They could finished up their juice within seconds!

I would suggest you guys to start juicing as well coz you'll be getting more nutritions and vitamins of the fruits and vegetables. For those who are quite picky with vegetables, you can add more fruits to avoid the vegetable flavour... :-)

And another best part of juicing is...i decomposed all the fruits & vege pulps for my edible plants with hope that it will grow healthier...*wink*

Health benefits from juicing :-

*  Lung/Liver/Breast/Colon cancer prevention
*  Lower the cholesterol
*  Digestion
*  Asthma help
*  Alzheimer's prevention
*  Weight loss
*  Bone protection
*  Immune system

And many more...you can check the recipe and the details of the health benefits from http://juicerecipes.com/recipes/fresh-start-28

Stay healthy!! (^_^)

My most simple Chocolate Spread recipe

My children love to eat bread with chocolate spread. However, I think its too costly especially if your kids love to eat it almost everyday and they sometimes eat the spread just like that! Whoaa...definitely that one big bottle only last for 2 or 3 days! Phew...

I decided to make my own chocolate spread so that my kids can have it at anytime...save cost....and 'halal' guaranteed...yayy!

This is my recipe ok. My most simple recipe....hihihi

250gm  Chocolate compound (dark chocolate)
2 tbs     Canola oil
A pinch of salt

Just use the double boil technique and cool it off before you transfer into the jar or other container. Easy huh?? Hihihi....^_^

Notes :

*  You can add in the grinded roasted hazelnut for hazelnut flavour
*  You can also add in thick cream if you like it creamy

Good luck and hope u'll like it! :-)
