Multigrains rice tu adalah kombinasi nasi yg dimasak bersama kekacang2 yg lain. </p>
<p>Saya mula tahu pasal ni nila tengok banyak rencana2 Korea. Rakyat Korea lebih2 lg 'cancer survivor' mengamalkan pemakanan begini dan ada yg 'free cancer' sekarang ni.</p>
<p>Begitu juga bagi penghidap kencing manis, hypertension, jantung, dan lain2. Senang cerita, jika kita tukar pemakanan kita kepada yg lebih sihat, insyaAllah segala penyakit dapat dielakkan.</p>
<p>Yg pasti, selalunya beras yg digunakan ialah beras perang (brown rice). Sebolehnya elakkan menggunakan beras putih. Err...kalau nak explqin panjang kat sini. Bole google kenapa beras putih x berapa bagus ye...hihihi...</p>

Terutamanya ialah kanser dan yg lain2 pun seperti sakit jantung, sakit buah pinggang, kencing manis dan lain2. </p>
<p>Saya percaya yg ini disebabkan makanan sehari2 mengandungi terlalu banyak bahan2 chemical yg bukan dtg dari sumber asli. Kanak2 pun semakin ramai yg menghadapi masalah alahan dan juga asma. Termasuk la anak2 saya sendiri.</p>
<p>Timbul lah rasa lebih berhati2 saya pada segala makanan yg kami ambil. Dari situ, saya mula tukar sedikit demi sedikit barangan makanan saya dari masa ke semasa. Di bawah ini adalah beberapa barangan yg saya guna skrg ini iaitu :-</p>
<p>1)  Nasi Putih  >  Nasi Perang</p>
<p>      Bagi yg tidak biasa dgn nasi perang ni bole mulakan dgn ratio 50 : 50 dlm sukatan beras.</p>
<p>2)  White Sugar  >  Brown Sugar</p>
<p>      Saya gunakan dlm bancuhan air atau dlm masakan. Sedap jgk! :-)</p>
<p>3)  Garam biasa   >  Himalayan Rock Salt</p>
<p>      Pun tak byk beza rasanya....</p>
<p>4)  Natural Soda</p>
<p>     Saya amalkan minum air soda + garam + lemon utk alkaline kan dalam badan saya.</p>
<p>5)  Tepung biasa  >  Unbleached flour</p>
<p>      Selepas tahu akan bahayanya penggunaan Benzoyl Peroxide dlm tepung, saya mula menggunakan unbleached flour ataupun organic flour.</p>
<p>Ada byk lg yg anda bole tukar dlm bahan makanan/masakan. Dari kesedaran ini juga la saya mula byk buat homemade food. Saya selalu elakkan processed food tapi sekali sekala tu ada juga membelinya dlm jumlah yg minimum. </p>
<p>Bagi anda yg baru nak mula, sebaiknya mulakan sedikit demi sedikit ye agar tidak dirasakan menyusahkan....hihi...  Anda bole google untuk ketahui setiap khasiat atau kebaikan barangan2 di atas.</p>
<p>Saya hanya ikhtiar demi kesihatan kami sekeluarga. Saya hanya berkongsi cerita dgn anda. Mudah2an dgn usaha yg sedikit ni bole menjauhkan kita semua dari penyakit yg merbahaya...ameen... Semoga kita dpt meluaskan niat kita utk menjadi keluarga Islam yg sihat...(^_^)</p>

<p>After lots of google-ing, experimenting and adjusting the recipe, this is the best (so far) recipe that all of us like. Not too sweet... </p>
<p>Homemade is better that what u buy from the shop as no preservatives added in and u make it with love...*wink* <3</p>

<p>1 cup Fresh milk<br>
1/3 cup Condensed milk<br>
1 Egg<br>
1 tbs Ovellette<br>

<p>How to do it :-</p>
<p>Whisk sampai kembang, and then add any flovour that u like.<br></p>

Its my tactic for them to consume more fruits and vegetables. All the ingredients are based on my in-stock at home.</p>
<p>Ingredients :-</p>
<p>Tortilla Wrap<br>
Tomatoes<br>
Green Apple<br>
A pinch of salt<br>
Lemon juice</p>
<p>How to do it :-</p>
<p>* I cut the tortilla wrap into triangle and put in one big tray.<br>
* Pour a little bit of olive oil and a bit of salt. Mix it and heat it up in thr oven till crispy.<br>
* For salsa, chopped the tomatoes and green apples. Put a pinch of salt and lemon juice. Mix it all up and its ready to be served.<br>
* Notes : u can also put a little bit of rosemary or basil herbs if u like it.</p>

<p>1. Tumis lada mesin hingga garing.<br>
2. Masukkan bawang dan tunggu hingga layu.<br>
3. Masukkan ikan bilis dan tomato.<br>
4. Campurkan air asam jawa, gula dan garam.<br>
5. Biarkan hingga menggelegak. Gunakan api yg kecil agar tomato dan ikan bilis mesra bersama2 dgn sambal tu.</p>
<p>Tips :-</p>
<p>1. Untuk dapatkan lempeng yg kurang berminyak dan tidak melekat ialah dgn cara mencampurkan sedikit minyak ke dlm bancuhan batter tu.<br>

*  Mix it with olive oil and salt. <br>
*  Put those pieces in the tray and bake in the oven till crispy.<br>
*  You can also saute in a pan with olive oil if you want to.</p>

However, I think its too costly especially if your kids love to eat it almost everyday and they sometimes eat the spread just like that! Whoaa...definitely that one big bottle only last for 2 or 3 days! Phew... </p>
<p>I decided to make my own chocolate spread so that my kids can have it at anytime...save cost....and 'halal' guaranteed...yayy!</p>
<p>This is my recipe ok. My most simple recipe....hihihi</p>
<p><b>250gm  Chocolate compound (dark chocolate)</b><br>
<b>2 tbs     Canola oil </b><br>
<b>A pinch of salt</b></p>
<p>Just use the double boil technique and cool it off before you transfer into the jar or other container. Easy huh?? Hihihi....^_^</p>
<p>Notes :</p>
<p>*  You can add in the grinded roasted hazelnut for hazelnut flavour<br>
*  You can also add in thick cream if you like it creamy</p>

<p>So, i decided to make my own garlic butter spread. I'm not sure about the real recipe coz i never google and look for the recipe...hihi Luckily it turned out well! Yayy!</p>

<p>Butter<br>
Garlic (finely chopped)<br>
Basil herbs</p>
<p>(Quantity is up to you ok..^_^)</p>
<p>You just need to melt the butter till its clear. Put in the chopped garlic and lots of basil herbs. Let it simmering and cooked for a while. Turn off the stove, let it cool of a bit before you transfer into the bottle.</p>

Cleaning the toilet or bathroom can be very tough especially if the house has more than 1 toilet/bathroom in the house. You have to climb up and down the stairs just to get your cleaning equipment from the store. Knees are getting hurt...hands are getting sore after you did other errands from early morning...</div>

1. You can have more than 1 set of cleaning equipments. Place it in each toilet. Trust me...this is not wasting money or overspend it...this is what we call smart planning...hihihi...<br />

2. You can plan a duty roster and get your hubby and kids to help out.<br />

3. Clean it up regularly while you're taking your shower.<br />

4.
